I received deep tissue and am feeling sore is this normal?
The name deep tissue says it all, being sore is normal and in fact good! Deep Tissue doesn’t need to hurt to be effective however when soreness arrises welcome the positives that will come from it
If you’d like to alleviate the soreness faster, add in more h20/stretching

I had Cupping Therapy done, how long will these marks last?
Cupping Marks typically last 3-5 days, in certain instances shorter-longer

My marks are itchy/scratchy is that normal?
Yes, one of Cupping Therapy’s motives are to detox the body. Rehydrating the body is the key in best results and also reducing marks faster
